Matt Sywulak is the Senior Director of Customer Engineering at INKY Technology, a leader in GenAI-powered email security. As INKY’s first sales engineer, he helped drive its go-to-market strategy and now leads a team focused on pre-sales solutions, integrations, and customer success. With a background in cybersecurity consulting, government intelligence, and enterprise collaboration, he has held roles at the National Science Foundation, US Army Cyber Command, and the NSA. He holds an MS in Management of Secure Information Systems from George Mason University and a BS in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
