Frank DeGeorge
Frank DeGeorge joined Impact in 2006 and has been a key part of its transformation from a copier-focused company into a $210M+ technology organization. He has built and led teams in solution design, digital transformation, and sales support.
Today, he focuses entirely on the internal transformation of Impact’s core platforms and operating model to drive scale and efficiency. Over the past five years, nearly every business system at Impact has been modernized under his leadership. Frank also played a key role in launching Impact’s sister cybersecurity company, DOT Security.
In addition to his day-to-day leadership, Frank plays a key role in shaping both the cultural and strategic voice of Impact. He is a frequent speaker and contributor across internal communications, company events, and thought leadership platforms. Known for combining business and technical expertise with pragmatic leadership, Frank delivers meaningful results while developing high-performing, enduring teams that drive long-term success.
