Tobias Musser is the founder and Co-CEO of MNS Group, a CMMC Level 2 Certified MSP/MSSP and authorized C3PAO. MNS Group helps defense and government contractors navigate cybersecurity and compliance, with 25% of all C3PAOs using its platform to deliver assessments. As a recognized leader in technology and security for over 25 years, he brings deep expertise in risk assessments and compliance across industries and sits on the MSPCyberX board. Mr. Musser is dedicated to workforce development, as a founding member of the Baltimore Cyber Range Consortium and contributing to education through the Harford Community College Cybersecurity Curriculum Advisory Committee and nonprofit boards. His leadership extends to workgroups under the Secretary of the State of Maryland and boards such as the University of Maryland Medical Systems and the Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union Technology Subcommittee.
