As Covid was crashing in around us, Brent Whitfield navigated an 8-figure liquidity event on March 28 of 2020 with Oval Partners.  He managed his Los Angeles based firm for equity since 2015 and entertained 5 LOI’s in the 18 months prior to Covid.  (1 Copier company, 2 MSP’s platform companies, and 2 PE firms.  On two of the PE Platform deals, MSP brokers were involved.) 

Brent founded his MSP in 1993 and is here to share his experience of trying to grow his MSP by 20-30% per year while managing LOI’s and due diligence. Now as a New Charter Equity Partner, DCG Technical Solutions, reached #21 on Informa’s MSP 501 list this year and enjoys helping other MSPs navigate the shark infested waters of MSP M&A.
