Mr. Gertsburg is an attorney with over twenty years of experience, having represented private, public, and non-profit organizations in business disputes ranging from commercial, contract, and real estate matters to employment and shareholder cases. Early in his career, he worked at two major regional law firms, litigating before courts and arbitration panels nationwide. In 2003, he served in Iraq as a platoon leader and convoy commander with the 762d Army Transportation Company, after ten years of service in the Army Reserves and active duty. In 2006, he became the first General Counsel for Broadvox, a telecommunications company, and led its legal department through corporate restructurings, M&A, employment matters, and litigation management for ten years. Mr. Gertsburg later founded the Gertsburg Law Firm and now serves as CEO of CoverMySix and managing partner of Gertsburg Licata Co., LPA. He enjoys family, travel, mentoring, hiking, history, and his Harley V-Rod.
