Before assuming the CEO role in 2025, he served as President of Thrive, leading the company through significant strategic advancement, empowering businesses to optimize performance, enhance security, and achieve measurable business outcomes through advanced IT solutions. Bill’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles such as SVP of Strategic and Major Accounts at Kaseya, EVP & CTO at Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office, and senior positions at NER Data Products, Allied Office Products, and Enterprise Fleet Management. He has consistently delivered results across sales, operations, marketing, and P&L management.
Beyond the boardroom, Bill is a passionate advocate for families in crisis, serving as Co-Founder and former Chairman of The Jillian Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting parents of critically ill children. He also serves as a Trustee at Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation and previously sat on the Ithaca College Advisory Board.
