Sessions:

Leadership isn’t about "managing" tasks or people—it’s about multiplying impact. Yet most first-time managers are handed a checklist: approve time-off, review tickets, calm angry clients—and are told that’s leadership. The result? Micromanagement on one side, ghost-mode managers on the other, and a team that never gets off the runway. It's also never fixed.

This session is your launchpad for building leaders, not just managers. You'll get a clear starting point and a simple, actionable framework that transforms task-focused micromanagers into multipliers—leaders who clarify direction, build culture, create trust, grow their people, establish two-way communication and create sustainable accountability.
