Michael Timmes
Michael is a human resource consultant with Insperity. His focus is on helping organizations create a competitive advantage with their human talent. He accomplishes this through scalable solutions, emphasizing success and accountability while understanding potential risk. He has worked with numerous clients recognized for creating best places to work. Michael earned his master’s in human resource management at Rutgers University. He holds both a SHRM-SCP and SPHR certification. He also has a Certified Professional Coaching designation from iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Michael is a regular contributor to Forbes Coaches Council—a community for leading business and career coaches. He currently serves on the Garden State Council-SHRM where he is the state director.
