Roli is a co-founder of Sourcepass, alongside Chief Executive Officer Chuck Canton and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Execution Bruce Simms.

An ardent leader and a technology enthusiast, Roli holds the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances. In this capacity, Roli is entrusted with the responsibility of developing programs and fostering strategic partnerships with vendors, service providers, and system integrators, with the ultimate aim of creating a robust lead generation engine. Additionally, Roli is tasked with the oversight of channel sales distribution, as well as supporting the establishment of a sales and marketing function and formulating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Throughout her distinguished career, Roli has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership capabilities. She has occupied several pivotal leadership roles, including her tenure as the Head of the Enterprise Client Services team at Vonage, where she achieved the highest customer retention rates ever recorded for this segment. Prior to her engagement with Vonage, Roli managed GoDaddy’s largest commercial Top-Level Domain (.COM), in addition to overseeing other essential product lines. Roli’s extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and her proficiency in client-facing roles afford her a profound understanding of customer needs, which translates into superior overall customer outcomes.

Roli’s journey is marked by significant contributions and impactful decisions. At Neustar, she closed some of the company’s largest deals with Fortune 50 clients and transitioned to the Domain Name Registry Business where she supported .US and worked on various business cases for large enterprises to support them in procuring Top Level Domains. Her strategic initiatives led to remarkable improvements in customer satisfaction and retention, setting new benchmarks for the company.
