Our engineers are based in India and the Philippines. They work in-office at our locations in New Delhi, Chandigarh and Manila under direct supervision of IT By Design team leads.
All our engineers are trained in the MSP Way Boot Camp ensuring that every engineer meets IT By Design’s rigorous quality standards, in terms of technical ability. The primary difference is in cultural familiarity, as the Philippines has historically had close ties with the US. The preference between Indian and Filipino engineers often comes down to the needs of your end clients.
A key component of our MSP Way Bootcamp is training our engineers on effective communication skills. This includes everything from accent training to actively listening and communicating with end clients.
While we do want to get the perfect fit the first time, every now and again things just don’t click. When that happens, we work with you on an action plan—either to build the engineer’s skills, or to find a replacement engineer as soon as possible.
Yes! Part of our sales process is to work closely with you to identify your needs, and then find the right engineer to meet those needs. We have engineers with different competencies, and at different skill levels. The best talent does cost a little more, but the savings are even bigger.
IT By Design’s MSP-dedicated engineers work in office, with a team lead on site, and this team lead is your co-manager. You are responsible for assigning duties to the engineer, and our team lead is responsible for ensuring the engineer is properly trained and aligned with the duties you request.
