Over the last 20 years, IT By Design has grown from a small MSP in New York City to a global provider of talent solutions for MSPs with over 600 team members around the world. How did we do it? Through our love, and intentionality, of learning from others. It’s why we created Build IT LIVE – our opportunity to pay-it-forward by creating a conference that is solely focused on education. By providing MSPs with tools, templates and processes to help them tackle everyday challenges facing their businesses, we are able to build a culture of both learning and giving. Our educators have tackled common MSP challenges before, and during their no sales-pitch breakout sessions, they share their learnings along with the tools to help you overcome those challenges. It’s all about working smarter, not harder, and if we raise each other up – we all succeed.
After attending Build IT LIVE, you will walk away with a workbook full of the templates for ALL of the breakout sessions. That way you can start implementing your learnings with confidence when you return home. We also provide an editable version of all of our templates on our Build IT University platform. This allows you to download templates, re-watch the sessions, and customize them to fit your business needs and branding.
Not only do we direct our sponsors and educators on the templates they provide, we also select the topics. Build IT is very intentional on which topics are covered at our event. We begin with an environmental scan of the channel at the beginning of the year, trying to understand the key challenges our partners are facing. Then, we ask our sponsors and channel experts to provide solutions for those problems to our attendees. We ensure all of the information shared is MSP specific, keeping it relevant and valuable to our attendees.
