Daniel is a Chinese born entrepreneur who graduated from dental school, switched to IT industry and later moved to the US in 2001. Despite struggling with English, he settled in Chicago with his wife and started multiple successful businesses, including an MSP that he eventually merged and became an angel investor in over 30 SAAS, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data start-ups. In 2019, he founded MSPbots, which provide prebuilt dashboards and automates process operations to increase value and consistency for MSPs, and has expanded globally with over thousands MSPs signed up worldwide. With plans to deepen its AI, MSPbots is poised to continue providing valuable services to clients in the years to come.
