Scott Scrogin
Scott Scrogin serves as the Strategic Initiatives Director on the IT Nation team at ConnectWise. His focus is to innovate and execute initiatives which drive partner success by aligning growth mindsets in peer groups, business transitions, and advisory councils. His work experience includes small, mid-sized, and Fortune 100 companies, plus higher education, and a nonprofit. Scott has been the first employee in a start-up, taught at a university, served as the president of HTG Peer Groups, lead teams as VP of Professional Services in an MSP, and built a partner channel as a vendor. These experiences – along with his MBA, engineering degree, and a passion for applied learning – provide a unique foundation for helping leaders build their legacies.
Additionally, Scott is an advocate for mental health and wellness focused on the workplace and with IT professionals. Scott is a Certified Peer Support Specialist for mental health and certified in Mental Health First Aid. He speaks nationally to groups and conducts workshops to decrease stigma, improve awareness, and increase action. Scott utilizes an “Inside Out” experience-based approach to deliver greater insights into mental health challenges and opportunities. Personally, Scott has managed bipolar disorder for over 30 years.
Scott and his wife, Tara, live in Omaha, Nebraska where they enjoy great food, fitness, sports, travel, and their Havanese Mojo.
