Noah Fister
NetGain Technologies
Noah Fister is the Training and Development Manager at NetGain Technologies, along with the Service Delivery Manager for the RMM and Automation Team. Joining in 2018, Noah started as a member of the Service Desk before becoming a Consulting Engineer, helping lead NetGain clients to a successful future with technology. As the Training and Development Manager, Noah leads the process of onboarding new technical staff while also providing learning and career growth opportunities to all departments. Based in Lexington, KY, Noah enjoys riding his electric bike, playing piano and continuing to further his technical skills.
