Dawn Disher has been a key figure at Southwest Networks since 2014, where she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2017. Her extensive background in financial management began at Grace Community Church, where she served as CFO for over 20 years. Dawn is also an influential leader outside of Southwest Networks, currently chairing the board of directors for the Desert Cities Employer Advisory Council. Additionally, she actively contributes to the tech community through her role in leading a quarterly group dedicated to empowering women in technology.
