Mitch Morgan, the Founder and Executive Chairman of New Charter Technologies, has been instrumental in shaping the company from the ground up. His career encompasses a variety of roles including commercial banking, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and industry consultancy. Under his leadership, New Charter Technologies has developed an innovative Operating Model that cultivates equity partnerships, allowing business owners to further their entrepreneurial pursuits within the company’s framework.
Mitch’s proficiency in developing IT services firms is demonstrated by his impressive track record. Before New Charter’s inception, he directed a consultancy focused on improving MSP businesses and successfully completed 21 MSP acquisitions. As Vice President at IKON, he managed a $500M technology services division with over 2,000 employees. He also founded and grew his own IT services company, which was eventually acquired. In his role as General Manager of Heartland Marketplace for IKON, Mitch oversaw a $100M P&L and led a team of 110 sales representatives across four states. His journey from Commercial Banking to his current executive role highlights his dedication to the evolution of the IT services industry.
