Most AI sessions at MSP conferences end with a slide deck and a parking lot of ideas you never get back to. The AI Accelerator on August 5 ends with a 90-day roadmap and four meetings already on your calendar to make sure you actually use it.
This isn’t a keynote about AI. It’s a working day built to produce something you take home and execute.
Day 1: The Mainstage
Day 1 opens with keynotes on the mainstage, and this year that includes Zach Kass, former Head of Go-To-Market at OpenAI. He built the commercial engine that put ChatGPT in front of every enterprise buyer on the planet. That perspective, applied directly to MSP growth, is what he’s bringing to the room.
Make sure your whole team is registered and in the room for it. Confirm your registration this week.
Day 2: Four Tracks
Day 2 splits into four breakout tracks, AI, leadership, operations, and growth and sales, running the full day. This is where you build the playbook you take into Day 3.
Day 3: The AI Accelerator
August 5 opens with a mainstage keynote and an AI panel, then moves straight into three hands-on working blocks across the morning, afternoon, and late afternoon. No theory-only stretch. The room splits into two tracks. Owner-operators build inside their own stack. Senior executives map strategy and cohort plans they can hand to their teams. Both groups leave with a plan, not a worksheet.
Know your starting point
Before you get to the room, take the AI Index to see where your organization actually stands. It takes about ten minutes, and the score it produces is what the team uses to build your 90-day roadmap, so the more honest the input, the sharper the plan you leave with.
The 90-day roadmap
The work doesn’t stop when the room empties. Every attendee leaves August 5 with a documented 90-day roadmap built around their own environment, sourced directly from their AI Index score. Four follow-up virtual sessions over the following three months keep the roadmap moving instead of sitting in a folder.
What it costs on its own
A standalone version of this program, the AI Index, the hands-on day, and the four follow-up sessions, runs $2,500 elsewhere. At Build IT LIVE 2026, your $1,495 registration covers the AI Accelerator on August 5, at a little over half the price of the same program run outside the conference.
