Day Three of Build IT LIVE 2026 was built for one outcome. Leave with a plan you can run on Monday, not a slide deck you file away.

The morning opened with a mainstage keynote and panel, then split into two tracks built around how attendees actually operate inside AI decisions.

Track 1: Governance and Gross Profit

Track 1 worked through a governance-as-a-service go-to-market strategy first: how to package governance as a sellable service line rather than a compliance afterthought, and what that offer looks like on a rate sheet. The track then moved into gross profit fundamentals, breaking down where AI-driven automation shows up on the P&L and where it just adds a line item without moving the number.

Track 2: Enterprise Value and Risk

Track 2 spent the day on a different question. What does AI do to enterprise value? The session opened on IP ownership: who owns the code, the prompts, and the trained models an MSP builds for a client, and how that gets documented before it becomes a dispute. From there the room moved into liability and insurance, covering what current MSP policies cover when an AI agent makes a decision that costs a client money. The track then rewrote MSAs and SOWs live, section by section, for AI-delivered work, and closed with a practical walkthrough on aligning AI stacks across acquisitions, useful for any operator building toward a deal.

Both tracks left with a documented 90-day plan and four virtual follow-up sessions to keep the work moving after the conference.

The day closed with the MSP team making history on the New York Stock Exchange trading floor at the Great Gatsby closing party.

The AI Accelerator runs quarterly, and the next cohort meets October 19 and 20 in Jersey City. This one goes further than Day Three did, built around a working session on production-ready automations and a pricing guide for reselling AI services to clients.
