Yes! You can invite your guests for just $299! They will have limited access to the sessions, but all guests are welcome to evening events, offsite experiences, and meals.

In addition to the group room rates, there will be a daily resort fee, discounted from $50.00 per room/per night to $22.50 per room/per night plus applicable state and local taxes. This will include:

  • Two bottles of water daily
  • Access to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facility
  • Access to the Fitness Center
  • 20% discount on spa treatments at the Waldorf-Astoria Spa

Yes. If a guest who requested a room within the Build IT LIVE room block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest’s individual account (currently equal to one night’s room plus tax). You can avoid this by letting the hotel know before you check in if you have made any changes to your travel dates.
While there's no strict dress code, business casual would complement the event's ambience. Or join us with the Olympic theme and dress to the nines with your favorite Olympic inspired outfits. Please dress comfortably since we tend to get our steps in at conferences.
Yes, there will be fun games and sumptuous food served at the channel event!
Yes! We are very adamant to make education accessible for all. Although the value you receive for the low cost of $599 per ticket is unbelievable, we are open to offering further discounted rates to ensure you can grow your business and team! If you cannot make it to this event, you can transfer your ticket to another member of your team who may be able to gain insights and experience to bring back and share with you and your team. Contact us at info@builditmsp.net if you would like to transfer your ticket.

If you wish to cancel, please do so 5 days before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
