August 3-5, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City, NJ. The conference closes on the evening of August 5 with a private reception at the NYSE Trading Floor in Manhattan.

What topics are covered?

We conduct our own environmental scan of the channel each year to identify what's actually keeping MSP leaders up at night. Sessions are then built around those findings. Are there vendor pitches or sponsor presentations?

What's different about this year?

The biggest addition for 2026 is the Day 3 AI Accelerator on August 5. It's a full day of hands-on workshops with MSP operators actively deploying AI in their service operations, covering ticket triage, dispatch optimization, and agentic workflows. Attendees leave with a 90-day implementation roadmap, not a slide deck. Four virtual follow-up sessions run through October to keep the work moving after the conference.
