Navy SEALs team building workshop by Elite SEAL Fit: Chris Russell, Diego Ugalde, Jeremy Boudreaux and Jovon Quarles led an action-packed outdoor training where MSP leaders learned what it takes to build resilient teams. Everyone gained insights on how to foster unity, trust and adaptability. The training left each leader fired up and ready to take action!
The AI Bootcamp for MSPs by Lior Weinstein: Lior, (Founder & CEO, CTOx – The Fractional Chief Technology Officer Company), taught a room full of MSP leaders how to master AI concepts, assess client readiness and create profitable offerings. The bootcamp was focused on leveraging AI to enhance implementation, communication and market presence.
Session on Building Borderless Talent Strategies: Christopher Caprio (CEO, Focus Technology) participated in an exciting discussion on attracting and leveraging global talent to boost business success. He was joined by Ed Pawlowski, (SVP Operations, Meriplex), Joe Panettieri (MD, Channel Angels), and William Flannery (CEO, Dataprise).
The MSP M.E.L.T. session on navigating rising costs and ensuring profitability: This panel discussion featured Danny Jenkins (CEO & Co-Founder, ThreatLocker), Davide Di Labio (VP Sales – Growth Strategy, N-able), James Hwang (CEO, 1Path), Joe Panettieri (Founder & MD, Channel Angels) and Mark O’Donnell (CEO, EOS Worldwide). They shared practical strategies for handling borrowing costs, attracting top talent, optimizing client acquisition and maximizing tech investments.
Round Table: The Four Levers that Control Service Gross Margin: Rex Frank, (VP of Academy, Pax8) led a session on how to boost profitability by optimizing engineer pay rates, billing rates, utilization and effective ratios.
Round Table: The New Logo Acquisition Challenge, Strategies and Tactics: Ahmed Fadili (CSO, Focus Technology) and Kevin Damaghani (CEO, ITPartners+) delivered a power-packed session on tackling client acquisition challenges and M&A growth strategies.
