Yes! You can invite your guests for just $299! They will have limited access to the sessions, but all guests are welcome to evening events, offsite experiences, and meals.
Yes. If a guest who requested a room within the Build IT LIVE room block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest’s individual account (currently equal to one night’s room plus tax). You can avoid this by letting the hotel know before you check in if you have made any changes to your travel dates.
While there's no strict dress code, business casual would complement the event's ambience. Or join us with the Olympic theme and dress to the nines with your favorite Olympic inspired outfits. Please dress comfortably since we tend to get our steps in at conferences.
