You did the hard part already. You registered. Now comes the more interesting question: what do you actually do with three days once you’re in the room.
Here’s the shape of it. Over 500 MSP leaders will be in Jersey City with you, 92% of them decision makers, so the person next to you at lunch is probably weighing the same call you are. Add 70+ channel influencers into that mix and the hallway conversations start to matter as much as the sessions.
Day 1 opens with keynotes from Sunny and Kam, setting the tone before anyone splits into a track. Joining them this year is Zach Kass, former Head of Go-To-Market at OpenAI. He built the commercial engine that put ChatGPT in front of every enterprise buyer on the planet, and that perspective, applied directly to MSP growth, is what he’s bringing to the room. The day winds down at the Pub Crawl inside the Solutions Pavilion, unstructured on purpose, where some of the best exchanges of the week happen standing up.
Day 2 is where you pick a lane. Four tracks run in parallel: AI, leadership, operations, and growth and sales, across eleven sessions from 9 AM to 5 PM. This is the day most operators use to map their next 12 months, whether that’s the PE playbook on exits or the KPIs that actually predict MSP health rather than the ones that just look good in a deck. Coaching by Design runs the full day alongside it: 30-minute one-on-ones with ITBD practice leads on AI operations, team scaling, and cybersecurity. Slots go in registration order, so book yours early.
Day 3 is new, and it’s the whole day. The AI Accelerator opens with a mainstage keynote, then moves into hands-on workshops covering ticket triage, dispatch optimization, and agentic workflows. Before you get there, take the AI Index to see where your organization stands. It takes about ten minutes, and the team uses it to build your cohort around operators facing similar bottlenecks. Bring a laptop, charged, this is a working session. You leave with a 90-day implementation roadmap and four virtual follow-ups through October.
Then the evening changes register entirely. We’re closing on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, Great Gatsby themed, first 300 registrants only. Business cocktail attire, closed-toe shoes required for floor access.
All of this, including the AI Accelerator, sits inside your $1,495 registration.
Check your Agenda, book your Coaching by Design slot, and take the AI Index before Day 3. We’ll see you in Jersey City.
