These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in text messaging programs operated by IT By Design, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy at itbd.net/legal/privacy-policy.
These SMS Terms are in addition to any other terms applicable to your relationship with Company (including the Master Services Agreement at itbd.net/legal/msa, where applicable). In the event of a conflict between these SMS Terms and your other agreements with Company regarding SMS messaging, these SMS Terms control for SMS messaging only.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide to opt in. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When you opt in, we will send you text messages in one or more of the following categories, depending on the opt-in you selected and the preferences you set:
Messages are sent on an as-needed basis and are not guaranteed to be delivered on any particular schedule.
Message frequency varies by program and by your preferences. You may receive up to ten (10) messages per month per program. Actual volume is typically lower; occasional spikes may occur around major events, product launches, or time-sensitive updates.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Company does not charge for the messages themselves. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.
You may opt in by submitting a Company form on which you affirmatively check the SMS consent box (unchecked by default) and provide your mobile telephone number, or by any other opt-in method we offer from time to time. Each opt-in records the date, time, source URL, consent language version, and the specific category or categories (transactional/account messages, promotional messages, or both) to which you consented.
You may opt out of any Company SMS program at any time by:
If you opt out of a specific program (for example, promotional offers), you may continue to receive messages from any other Company SMS program you remain opted in to (for example, meeting reminders). To opt out of all Company SMS programs, reply STOP ALL or email sms@itbd.net with the request.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and other U.S. mobile carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support and coverage may change at any time.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated SMS Terms at itbd.net/legal/sms-terms with a revised “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will notify opted-in subscribers via SMS or email before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in a Company SMS program after the effective date of the update constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information you provide in connection with our SMS programs are described in our Privacy Policy at itbd.net/legal/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in that Privacy Policy.
