Across three dynamic days, the summit blended high-impact keynotes, track-based breakouts, immersive hospitality, and confidential coaching sessions into one of the most comprehensive leadership events in the channel.

AI by Design wasn’t just a message—it was the foundation of every experience. From technology platforms to peer discussions, this model helped MSP leaders shift from reactive management to proactive, intelligence-first leadership. The emphasis was clear: AI isn’t just an addition to the business. It must be embedded into the way MSPs scale.

Day Three: Immersive Hospitality and Real-Time Coaching
The final day opened with the Unreasonable Hospitality Workshop, led by Will Guidara’s team, including Billy Peelle and Lindsey Peckham. This immersive experience taught MSPs how emotional intelligence and thoughtful service design can transform customer experience. Leaders learned how to create unforgettable moments for both internal teams and external clients.
Alongside the workshop, the signature Coaching by Design program offered over 75 private, 30-minute mentorship sessions between MSP leaders and expert performance coaches.
