Kam is one of the co-owners of IT By Design, along with her husband Sunny Kaila, and has become one of the most prominent women in the channel. She has been the driving force behind not only consistent double digit revenue growth at IT By Design, but also the company’s flagship event, Build IT LIVE, the next edition of which will be hosted in Orlando this coming September 9-11th. Kam has also been a vocal supporter of women in the channel, and regularly hosts get-togethers of female leaders while attending channel events.
