Taguig City – IT By Design announces the opening of its new Philippines headquarters, in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), in Metro Manila. With a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by ITBD Founder and CEO, Sunny Kaila; Trade Undersecretary and BOI Managing Head, Ceferino S. Rodolfo; and Office of the Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs (OSAPIEA) Director Leslie Vanessa C. Lim, the new office has now officially opened.
The new headquarters represents a substantial expansion of IT By Design’s Philippines operations, taking advantage of strong demand for talent in the SE Asian country. The new office space will result in the creation of over 250 new roles within IT By Design, in direct response to the MSP industry’s demand for top-end talent in low cost markets. This demand has helped the company grow from its first employee in the Philippines in 2020 to this new state-of-the-art headquarters today.
“ITBD’s new Philippines capability will help MSPs with Net Growth and EBITDA by providing access to a new low cost talent market,” said ITBD CEO Sunny Kaila. “We started with 15 team members and are now scaling to 250. Filipinos possess a high level of communication and technical expertise and strong cultural alignment with North America. The potential talent pool is unlimited. We’re also bringing in our Cloud, Cyber Security and AI experts from the US to build the capability of Filipino engineers and make them even more competitive as demands for IT jobs continue to grow.”
ITBD is actively recruiting for a variety of in-demand roles including Computer Engineers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Technology Solution Architects, Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, Business Development Representatives, and other essential roles to support its operations in the Philippines.
